Math Circle Convention focuses on Enhancing Teacher Skills
The 5th Annual Convention of the Math Circle of the Philippines was held on November 24-25,
2010 at the CSB Hotel International Conference Center, Arellano Ave. cor. Estrada Sr., Malate, Manila.
In partnership with the Asian Psychological Services and Assessment (APSA), the convention focuses on
enhancing teachers skills in teaching mathematics. Among the speakers are Dr. Lolita Andrada of DepEd,
Dr. Auxencxia Limjap of De La Salle University, Dr. Milagros Ibe of PRC, Mr. Rolando Remitar,
and Mr. Melchor Espanola.
On this occasion, topnotchers in the Standards- Based Assessment for Math for SY 2009-2010
and Suken Passers will be awarded.
